How does elos work?

elos (electro-optical synergy) uses a unique combination of radio frequency and light to isolate the treatment area and leave the surrounding skin free from potentially harmful side effects. Using gentle pulses of two targeted energies means better results with lower overall energy output — assuring the highest level of safety and comfort.  Other systems using only one energy source can’t compare.

Depending on the elos treatment, each patient’s experience is different.  The Nurse Practitioner can walk you through the treatment specifics and what you can expect throughout your treatments.  Side effects are rare, and elos technology assures a higher comfort level than any laser technology available.

Absolutely! elos procedures require no sedation. The average procedure takes less than 30 minutes to perform. Immediately following your procedure, you can return to work or you daily schedule with no problem.
